Awesome Creator Academy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Creator Command Center platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to all users globally, with specific provisions for users in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom ("UK"), and California.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Service.
This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that interact with YouTube data, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) explains how Google treats your data when you use Google services, including YouTube.
For purposes of the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, Awesome Creator Academy LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Our contact details are:
We collect the following categories of information:
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials provided through our OAuth login system. We may also collect your profile information if you choose to provide it.
The Service is designed to store your creator business data, including content plans, revenue figures, task lists, contact information, brand research notes, weekly reviews, and business goals. This data is provided voluntarily by you and is necessary to deliver the Service's core functionality.
When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or card expiration date. Stripe provides us with limited transaction data including: a Stripe customer ID, payment confirmation status, transaction amount, and the last four digits of your card (for display purposes only). For full details on how Stripe handles your payment data, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
When you use AI-assisted features (such as content brief generation, DEAL Framework analysis, or weekly insights), we transmit your inputs to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini API and OpenAI API) to generate responses. These inputs may include content titles, deal terms, business notes, and reflection text. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through AI features; please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) through AI input fields.
If you use features that connect to YouTube or Google services, we may access certain data through YouTube API Services, including channel statistics, video metadata, and analytics data that you authorize us to access. We access this data solely to provide the Service's creator analytics and content planning features. We do not store YouTube user data beyond what is necessary for the requested functionality, and we comply with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including: IP address (anonymized for analytics), browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, session duration, and error logs. This data is used to maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
If you participate in our affiliate program, we collect your PayPal email address (for commission payments), referral tracking data (clicks, conversions), and commission history. This data is necessary to administer the affiliate program and process payments.
If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the content of your communications and your contact information to respond to your inquiry and improve our services.
